How to use
- Warm a pea-sized amount between fingertips until it softens, then massage into dry areas.
- For body: apply to elbows, knees, thighs, hips and any rough or dry patches.
- For hands & feet: massage into cuticles, heels and calluses after showering or before bed.
- As an after-mani/pedi: smooth over nails and surrounding skin to soothe and nourish.
- Tip: Because Plant Heroes is concentrated, start small — a little goes a long way.
