What are the benefits of having an account?
If you are new to Kear, welcome! We hope you will love our products as much as we do and indulge in the natural beauty treatments of ancient Greek civilisation.
By creating an account on kearlife.com, you will be able to keep a record of all your purchases, billing, and order tracking information. If you choose to receive emails (which we highly suggest!), you will also be the first to know about new products, promotions, special events and much more!
How do I create an account?
To create an account, click on the figure icon on the main menu page, where you can see all information stored by categories. On the My Account page, you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details. Alternatively, you can create an account during your initial checkout.
How do I recover my password?

What does Kear mean?
Kear means “heart” in ancient Greek.
Do Kear natural skincare products have expiration dates?
Most of our products have expiration dates, even though they are long-lasting because of their concentrated nature. To understand this, please note that archaeologists have found traces of these skincare treatments in ceramic vases when they dig up ancient ruins. They also have a PAO or Period-After-Opening date printed on the packaging (this is a drawing of a little open jar with a number inside) and indicates the number of months we recommend using the products at their peak efficacy.
What is “natural”?
Natural skin care uses botanically-sourced ingredients, including ingredients found in fauna, flora, and minerals (otherwise known as animal, plant or mineral). These ingredients must currently exist in, or are formed by, Nature and are manufactured in such a way to preserve their strength, with absolutely no petroleum compounds.
Are Kear products all-natural?
We strongly aim to produce skincare products as natural as possible. But it is far more critical the ingredients they contain are effective and safe for your body and skin. Our face and body balms and body oils are all-natural, and our soaps are nature-derived. We are proud that our products are 100% free from synthetic fragrances, artificial colours, sulphates, parabens and mineral oils and are produced in advanced and certified laboratories.

Where do you source your natural ingredients from?
We take special pride in sourcing all of our ingredients, as well as packaging, locally from family farms or cooperatives. This means that we try to limit our carbon footprint as much as possible AND honour the origins of our heritage.
Do you use parabens?
We absolutely do not use parabens, nor phthalates or petroleum (vaseline).
Do you test your products on animals?
No, we do not test our products on animals, nor do we test our ingredients on animals. We pride ourselves on using ingredients found in Nature, and we adore animals!
What is the best way to store Kear natural skincare products?
We suggest you keep our face and body balms, as well as body oils sealed when not in use and in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
What is the CPNP number on the packaging?
The Cosmetics Products Notification Portal (CPNP) is an online notification system for submitting certain technical compliance related information about cosmetic products. It was created for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. According to the Regulation, the Brand Owner is required to submit certain information about cosmetic products and their product specifications to the CPNP if they intend to make them available on the EU Market. When a product has been notified in the CPNP, there is no need for any further notification at national level within the EU.
Is Kear natural skincare packaging recyclable?
Zero waste and sustainability are of utmost importance to us. We use glass, wood and carton for our packaging, all recyclable. Nonetheless, as body oils require certain accessories for safe dispense, we use plastic according to all EU Regulations. We try to limit the use of PPP as much as possible, never compromising the quality and efficacy of Kear products.
Are Kear face and body care products safe for all ages and skin types?
Yes, but of course, please use common sense. We recommend patch testing on small children and as a general rule. If you are under the age of 16, we suggest using Kear skincare products under the supervision of an adult.
Is it safe to use Kear natural skin care products while I’m pregnant/nursing?
Our natural skin care product line is safe for pregnant women to use. However, always check with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.
Are Kear natural skincare products suitable for vegans to use?
Kear herbal soaps are vegan. As for face and body care, Kear face and body balms contain beeswax, which is an animal derivative. So, in the strict concept of the term, these are not vegan. Still, it is a personal choice whether to use Kear face and body balms and body oils.
The product I am looking is out of stock. When will it be available again?
In general, if an item is out of stock, it means that we are most likely making more! We always suggest signing up with your email to ensure you get first access to new products, promotions, and news. We will email you to let you know when it becomes available. Our Limited Edition products are clearly marked.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?
If you haven’t signed up for our emails – please do! We will let you know about the latest launches, news and offers. While we may not offer discounts often, our weKear™ skincare collection gift sets are a great way to receive multiple products at a great price.
Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Promotion codes are limited to one code per order and, in some cases, once per person. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once they expire. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Kear reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and discount codes may result in order cancellation.
If you are having an issue with a promo code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications for the promo code or that the code is still valid. If you are still having issues, please contact customer service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay using your credit card, through PayPal checkout. For orders within Greece, you may choose to pay cash on delivery.
Do you offer gift-wrap?
Choose Gift Wrapping at checkout to make your order extra special. Your products will come beautifully boxed and tied with our signature ribbon. Show your love and send a special gift of Kear skin care products by including a gift message at checkout to add a personal touch to your present.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will my order ship?
We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays). Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you. For more information, please refer to Shipping Returns.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We do not accept returns. However, if your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at. We will arrange for DHL to pick up and inspect the damaged package, and we will replace the damaged items. Please refer to our Shipping Returns page for more information.
Why don’t you accept returns?
Here at Kear, we use highly specialised natural ingredients we source from family-owned farms, cooperatives and local farmers for our products. Due to the unique nature of these ingredients, we do not accept returns of open products unless they are defective upon arrival. In that case, please get in touch with us at with photos of the defective product so that we arrange for an exchange of the same product.
