Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Orders are processed for delivery within 1-2 business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays). Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days after placing your order, please check your “spam” folder. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery times and services vary for different countries, please take the following as a guide from the date of dispatch:

Shipping within the EU:
We dispatch via DHL Express and delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, unless DHL Economy is chosen (delivery in 5-7 business days, excluding national holidays and weekends). Signature is required.
DHL Express shipping fee: 15€
DHL Economy shipping fee: 10€
For orders over 100€, shipping is complimentary.

Shipping within Greece:
We dispatch via DHL and delivery typically takes 1-2 business days (excluding national holidays and weekends).
DHL shipping fee: 5€
For orders over 100€, shipping is complimentary.

All other countries:
We dispatch exclusively via DHL Express only if orders are over 80€. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your country (Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays).
DHL Express shipping fee: 18€
For orders over 100€, shipping is complimentary.

For deliveries outside the EU, the estimated shipping charges exclude VAT. For deliveries to non-EU countries and countries outside Europe, additional country-specific import and customs duties, customs clearance fees, and import sales taxes may apply. The fees depend on the destination country. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. These fees are paid by the customer.

Changes in delivery address

If you have made a mistake entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@kearlife.com.  We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

Missing package

If you believe your package is missing we will start a trace with DHL and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.

Damaged package

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at customerservice@kearlife.com. We will arrange for DHL to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

RETURNS

κέᾰρ®️ products are made from highly specialised natural ingredients we source from family-owned farms, cooperatives and local farmers in modern laboratories and according to all EU regulations. Due to the unique nature of these ingredients, we do not accept returns of open products, unless they are defective upon arrival. In that case, please contact us at customerservice@kearlife.com with photos of the defective product, so that we arrange for an exchange of the same product.
