about Kear Shipping Returns Policy


Kear warehouse processes all orders for delivery within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays). Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your package easily. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days after placing your order, please check your “spam” folder. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Keep in mind that delivery times and services vary for different countries; so please take the following as a guide from the date of dispatch:

Shipping within the EU
We dispatch via DHL Express.
Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days unless DHL Economy is chosen (delivery in 5-7 business days, excluding national holidays and weekends). Signature is required.
DHL Express shipping fee: 18€
DHL Economy shipping fee: 15€
For orders over 80€, shipping is complimentary.

Shipping within Greece
We dispatch via DHL, and delivery typically takes 1-2 business days (excluding national holidays and weekends).
DHL shipping fee: 4€  
We also use Geniki Taxydromiki for Cash on Delivery Orders, only for shipping within Greece.
For orders over 50€, shipping is complimentary.

All other countries
We dispatch exclusively via DHL Express only, and delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your country (Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays).
DHL Express shipping fee: 18€
For orders over 90€, shipping is complimentary.

For deliveries outside the EU, the estimated shipping charges exclude VAT. For deliveries to non-EU countries and countries outside Europe, additional country-specific import and customs duties, customs clearance fees, and import sales taxes may apply. The fees depend on the destination country. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. These fees are paid by the customer.

Remote Areas
We use DHL for all our shipments. DHL covers all regions geographically, even in the most remote places. Still, areas NOT within DHL city bounds are described as “remote”. Charging for shipment to remote areas is always according to DHL official price list, and delivery might require extra days and extra charge. The charge for delivery to remote regions is 20€. However, we will send you an email regarding this cost to decide whether you would like to pick up your package from the nearest DHL station.

Changes in delivery address
If you have made a mistake entering your shipping address or need to change it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at . We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

Missing package
If you believe your package is missing, we will start a trace with DHL and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days. Kindly note that we cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.

Damaged package
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at . We will arrange for DHL to pick up and inspect the damaged package, and once confirmed, we will replace the damaged items.


Shipping Returns: Here at Kear, we use highly specialised natural ingredients we source from family-owned farms, cooperatives and local farmers for our natural skincare products. Due to the unique nature of these ingredients, we do not accept returns of open products unless they are defective upon arrival. In that case, please get in touch with us at with photos of the defective product so that we arrange for an exchange of the same product.
